There will be wine pairings with the meal. Courses include Oyster on the Half Shell, Ceviche of Sea Bass, Grilled Artichoke Spanish Paella and a Blueberry Tart. Reservations are encouraged and the cost is $90 per person. La Cuisine Arts is located at 3333 Bear Street in Costa Mesa.
