Country Club Communities is made up of four neighborhoods located in the Mesa Verde section of Costa Mesa. Mesa Verde is one of five different sections of Costa Mesa. The borders of Mesa Verde are the 405 Freeway on the north, Harbor Boulevard on the east, Adams Boulevard and Fairview Park on the south and the Santa Ana River Trail on the west.
